Door Supervisor
Description

We are looking for licensed and professional Door Supervisors to join our growing security team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at licensed premises, events, and commercial venues.

Responsibilities
  • Managing entry and exit of customers in a calm, controlled manner
  • Checking IDs and ensuring venue admission policies are followed
  • Responding quickly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
  • Monitoring crowd behaviour and diffusing conflict when necessary
  • Liaising with venue management and emergency services when required
  • Completing incident reports and maintaining security logs
Qualifications
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous experience in security or door supervision preferred
